After making couple of calls to Vodafone customer care 198 the Vodafone executives said, an additional recharge worth Rs 14 is required to work this offer on roaming. After moving out from Mumbai circle I realised that my phone is not making any outgoing calls since I did not have to worry about my low balance also. On, I moved out of Mumbai and had vacation plan for a month. The plan worked very well until I was in Mumbai. The offers says unlimited local and std calls for Rs 349 for 28 days as attached. I did opt for the special offers and did recharge for my prepaid Mumbai Vodafone number on. In spite of being one of the big name in network providers- Vodafone, I don't understand how these people are working.here goes the scenario below, I have been making regular payments up to November 2016 bills.
